I had completed level 3265 twice with 3 stars but was unable to move to the next lever 3266!

I've just had a chat with our Tech Team and in order to be able to help you, they'd need to see what's happening on your screen exactly - Would you be able to post a screenshot of your map showing the levels and your avatar please? We'd like to understand where the avatar is stuck as that would help us investigate and move you to the next level.

Sorry for the delay in responding @phebelucas, have you tried all the normal things like logging out of Facebook and then back in, turning your device off and back on for example?1

Yes, I tried log in and out of Facebook and my iPad many time. Still nothing changed! Can’t bring the oldies page out to advance to the next level!0

Not sure what else I can do, tried almost everything everyday. Don’t want to reload new game to lose my level 3265!😢

Hi guys,@phebelucas do you have any stars on 3265. Sometimes the avatars get stuck on a level so you have to replay it again.

I have had play level 3265 3 times and get all 3 stars every time. First time I was redirected to another page, didn’t advance and failed. Waited overnight and try to play again but the other page never show again. So I try play twice at level 3265...passed with 2 starts again but didn’t move to another page as it should. I am stuck on level 3265 now. Can’t move forward and need help!

Thanks for your reply...really appreciate it! Here’s the map of where I am now...
first time when I finished level 3265 I did went into the other page and play 2 games but failed to advance to the next game. I tried the next day but was stuck on this map, the other page was never shown again.
I really hope I can get back to my game and not lose my level!
