For the game candy crush jelly, I cannot connect my account nor with Facebook nor with email account, I cannot purchase anymore either, my account number of candy crush saga is 1647201506, I don’t know if is the same than jelly, could you help ?

    According to the system, you are on level 1763 and connected the game to your account on the 18th of March for the last time.

    Do you get any error message now every time you want to connect to your account? Does it only happen when you want to connect to the Kingdom, or also when you try to connect to Facebook?

    I am actually on level 1773, and I get an error message when I want to connect to the kingdom and Facebook both
