- tap on the pink settings cogwheel
- tap on the "I"
- choose Purchases and Gold Bars
- scroll down and tap on "Contact Us"

Thank you - I appreciate you finding out what’s going on and that it will be getting getting fixed. I tried what you asked for Player Support, but when I click on Purchases and Gold Bars and scroll down, there is no option for Contact Us. It only shows the topics and ends there.
