I keep beating the difficult levels and earn all 4/4 tickets for offer. When I try to click to purchase, it says “Contacting.” I am connected to the internet and can make other in-app purchases. It eventually tells me my time has run out to claim the offer.

This seem bad... restart ur device n update to latest version... if still cannot purchase the special offer, u may need to email support with ur account id for them to check

Thank you - I appreciate you finding out what’s going on and that it will be getting getting fixed. I tried what you asked for Player Support, but when I click on Purchases and Gold Bars and scroll down, there is no option for Contact Us. It only shows the topics and ends there.
Nevermind, Contact Us just became available to me!
