Help! My RC game keeps disappearing.

My RC game is gone again. Same thing happened 2 days ago. I play my 5 tickets, close & come back in a few hours to play again but the game is gone. It just happened again this morning.

@skyking123 have you made sure your app is up to date? Try restarting your device as it can sometimes help.

Hello @skyking123. The PMs will be off for the weekend. If updating and restarting your app didn't work as our dear @Sharon_Loose suggested, please post your game ID so the issue can be investigated.

To find your ID number, open your game and click on the "Profile" tab. Next double click on the King logo that is located at the top of the screen and you'll see your game ID displayed.

Lola_pop my game did return and stay there this go around. My ID is 6549821737. I came in first place yesterday but no reward today! What was the first place reward? Can you please check into this?

@lola-pop perhaps I responded to you in the wrong place so I am going to now respond here. First, thank you for your offer of help. As of yesterday my game returned and did not disappear again. However, on Monday I finished in 1st place and the pop up said I earned a reward which would have been 15 go in addition to other things but I did not receive the reward. (I did receive Tuesday’s reward this morning). My game ID is 6549821737
