App unable to contact app on android tablet & mobile, getting internet issue; yet internet ok for other apps. Anyone having this issue and any solution?"
I resolved by uninstalling app on both mobile & tablet, changed password & reinstalled. Signed in & now ok.
This happens fairly frequently. After completing a level, and before going to new level, prize box opens after accepting prize selected, screen freezes and no prize shows up; requires a "refresh" of program.
message saying 'param filters must be an array' On desktop, Wilndows 10, Candy Crush Jelly Saga. Have had this for several months when trying to get others to join or request a life. Can play game. Appears no resolution anywhere that I can find, notwithstanding others having queried and sending pic of window it appears in.
