Hey guys 👋 , got some great news from the Support. They fix this issue and now I can get into the ARENA. Hope this works for you too 🙏, they suggest you to sign out from game , restart your phone, then sign in again. 🍀🍀🍀🍀 For me it worked. All the best 🌹

Well, I finally figured out how to contact Support and I guess they are aware of this issue. Here is a screenshot with their answer. Hopefully they will work hard and fix this issue 🙏 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

Sorry to hear that. Anyone know how can I contact Support with this issue ? I tried to contact them but only got the answers from the Bot 😒, nothing about this game issue.
