So even though the update version fixed the game to play it did not fix the platinum pin collection, before the bad update I had 124 pins collected towards the platinum pin collection 11 pins remaining to collect which was worth 240 gold, it reset the collection to zero so I contacted customer service and they said theyβ¦

Is this what is causing all of the errors for windows users? My mobile version is 1.312.1.1 after mobile update 1.313.1.1 so perhaps a dot in the wrong place? Windows update 1.3131.1.0 versions must match! @kiara_wael @MountainMom @PummyRaj
