I don't take screen shots on my computer and I don't know how. I wrote down exactly what it says when I open up Jelly. So just fix the problem.

I do not have a cell phone to take a screen shot and I don't know how to do it on my computer. But it says "you have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment." I have been getting this message on both Jelly and Soda for the last week and a half.
