I made the podium for 3 weeks but didn't collect the rewards, as it was late, planning on collecting them the next morning, but the game refreshed & I couldn't claim them. What can I do to claim the rewards ? re-posting for a reply. Thank you

Thank you, I hav searched everywhere for player ID, bu can't find my profile, can you direct me please?

I have the same problem on a fusion 5 tablet, I've tried uninstalling and re installing from Micro store. As above, I've now used my daily progress, when I do manage to get onto the app.
