You can play the star tournament before the new levels drop every Wednesda. The 30x multiplier counts for the star tournament levels too. But in all fairness, your chances are quite low to advance much further or even win the All Stars, if you're that far along and if I were you, I wouldn't spend money, sleep or much time…

You could start from scratch with a new account. A lot of levels got changed, some for better, some for worse but it's not the same as it was years ago. And then just play the new levels every wednesday when they drop.

No, anything visa related is the players responsibility.

I'm pretty sure that King will not accommodate players who couldn't attend the finals in person. It's part of the TOS one agrees to. If you reach the finals and couldn't attend in person, you'd have to decline and another player would get the spot.
