Disability players

Hello can I just ask a simple question? As you know there are people with physical disabilities which can be seen, and provisions are there to support which I whole heartily agree with , so I ask ? … people with hidden disabilities or ones house or bed bound, what’s in place for those that truly I enjoy the game and gives hope. I ask cos i one that group of hidden disabilities i suffer from acrophobia mental health and other illnesses. So if I was lucky enough to be invited to the Life final, for the chance to big, I would obviously have to refuse the she’ll as I would have no chance of going to California enjoy the sights and sounds and live final buzz. Surely King.com is aware of this issue. So how would you rewards players like me that get to that finial stage ???.

thank you for getting back to speedy response thank you anyway. In a way you have answered, yet to be frank it’s still a form of discrimination against people with disabilities and hidden disabilities, I gìve you my support in looking forward in dealing with this issues, is fair play not for all and not just for one section of society. I think it’s awesome in all you do at King and the enjoyment you provide to all from all walks of life, do you not agree that that enjoyment to all should of been taken into account, I understand you all at King are trying to achieve happyness, enjoyment etc etc with your competitions, on a personally level I feel overlooked and worthless as I put some good gaming to achieve within the top three and even claimed no1 on second with 62,000 , yet it’s worthless achievement if effort and support is and has not been there until I brought it to your attention, I just think it’s sad that society is a game of winners and loses no matter what. Also I might add if I’m not mistaken from what you have said and on the T&Cs it makes no reference to the issue at hand, which is a major oversight from yourselves. Making ones think that there is or are opportunities for them to take in and join a thrilling happy event.

At the moment, to ensure fair play and comply with legal requirements, players do need to attend the Candy Crush Live Final event in person to compete for the prize pool.

No player can get to the live finals just by luck. In order to stand any chance at all to get to the live finals you have to be good enough at Candy Crush to play each episode in about 15 minutes, and then do this for many, many hours scoring about 160,000-200,000 purple per hour. Even if you are capable of playing at such a pace and have the money or gold resources to do this you would be competing against thousands of others equally as good and with as many resources. At this moment in time there remain about a million players in the All Stars competition. So I'm not sure if anyone with a major disability really stands a chance to get anywhere near the live finals to be quite honest. This may seem unfair, but then so are a lot of other aspects of the competition: Anyone playing levels 17,000-18,500 cannot win due to the nature of those boards, anyone from South America cannot win because of US immigration requirements (i.e. visa needed), anyone who had saved up lots of gold bars and boosters in the months leading up to the competition cannot play because they were refused entry by King for their accounts being :"suspicious", etc, etc….

I'm pretty sure that King will not accommodate players who couldn't attend the finals in person.
It's part of the TOS one agrees to.
If you reach the finals and couldn't attend in person, you'd have to decline and another player would get the spot.
