  • If you open the game on Facebook (on the computer) are your levels and things there? If so then disconnect the game from FB on your mobile and then reconnect again. Let us know how you get on. :)

  • I had a similar problem a few weeks ago and I used my mobile to ask for help and it worked. Try this as a work around until the issue on Facebook is fixed :)

  • How long have you had this problem for? Do you have the same problem on your mobile device too? I would try all of the regular troubleshooting first, clearing the cache, updating the Java and testing it on another browser.   • Hmm that is a tricky one, whenever I have had problems I try the troubleshooting again and even after a few tries it always works in the end. So you have tried on both chrome and IE? Do you have a mobile device you can test it on? So you can check that it isn't a weird error with your game/account.

  • Not sure what you mean exactly? I think they just have to be swapped for them to go off, or do you mean there is no order to which candies explode as a result of this? Are you able to explain more, or am I being silly :S?
