I think you're talking about the special puffer game. There's a glitch you have to get up in the 700 and go back and play the special games again just to get to the next level. If I had to do it again I'd skip it

I had to get all the way to level 700 and then it opened up the second one but then you have to play the special puffer ones again on the regular game to get more puffers to open the one after that. It was a pain
