I stopped by here specifically to see if anyone was chatting about this problem. Has there been any word on when this is going to be fixed? I just lost a challenge because I wasn’t able to collect any diamonds. It’s SO frustrating.

I am also having this problem. for about the last week I have been unable to get any extra moves after watching ads and I am seeing the same error message as the OP. Please help! The ads play just fine, but when the ad is finished and I tap on the X to go back for the extra levels promised I am met with the error pictured…
