Whenever you switch to a new device the boosters do not transfer as they are stored on the device and not on King's server. If you can still use the old device you can play from that and use the boosters. For going back to level 652, try replaying level 652. For some reason it isn't registering that you beat the level. Kiara said she passed your feedback to King so it is probably just a matter of hoping they fix it. You could try force closing the app and reopening it. But other than Kiara, PummyRaj and Queen B, the rest of the members of the community are just players like yourself and have no access to anyone at King.

You're right. I did lose the name of the young girl in Thailand a month or so ago. That would have been Kanji. I did lose the name of one of my friends from Egypt, which would be the Arabic alphabet, and one from India, although most of my friends in India use the English alphabet.

If you delete and reinstall the game you will lose all your hard earned boosters so I would not recommend it.

My guess is that the new font doesn't support those characters. I have a few friends in my game who are also missing names after the font change. King isn't real big on testing things before they release them.

You answered your own question. When you buy something, King removes the ads hoping you will buy more.

I replay levels all the time. You will not lose your progress.
