In all the years I have been playing this game on my phone I have never had this happen before. I hope you can fix this 'glitch'

I've cleared my cache and restarted my phone but this had not helped. I should have 7 tasks but only have three now. I was part way to completing a quest to collect Poppies with a reward two hours of free lives. I was waiting until I had two hours free but now it's disappeared. Please can I have my quests back
