Just finished level 1234 the screen faded, flag moved to 1235 but screen is faded and dead to touch ... have tried everything except deleting it because I’m not confident it’s being saved to Facebook ... Also there was white letters and numbers on front left bottom of the screen ... Then the crown button is gone ... Cant…

Candy crush jelly, played 1234 successfully the screen faded, flag moved to 1235 and now I can’t touch anything on the screen ... have tried all the ‘fixes’ except reloading because I can’t work out if I’m backed up to Facebook ... I also had these numbers on the bottom left of the screen in white ... see photos below…
