Seriously, you have to re install the game ? do I lose all my levels achieved so far ? And anything purchased to play ?

None of your suggestions have resolved the problem. All other King apps I have are working fine for in app purchases (ie Candy Crush and Candy Crush Soda). Googling the problem it seems anyone who has loaded the latest update on Jelly is having the same problem. pits definitely not poor signal, bad Wi-fi or need to…
