The game does not load..cannot find any place to Contact them, nor do they have anything on Twitter. I've been playing this game for years..never had this problem before..and yes I have enough memory to handle the game. Has anyone heard anything?
Dingdong22 same...I contacted King Customer Care via emal and all I got was the usual, clear your cookies, cache, update browser etc....I did all that and nada. Still doesn't work. I'm not going to waste anymore time on it.
Found a way to contact them at queries@support.king.com.. I sent them a screenshot via email and they already said replied that they will contact me shortly....well hopefully.
I'm getting the same black screen Annette and no help. There is no contact button anywhere and I'll lose my bonus stuff if I can't play today...this is frustrating.
