Unfortunately there is no Jackalope Tower and the new levels have not been released. It is over 2 hours since the new game day. Very disappointing.

agree - insulting that there is no apology or notification. As if we wouldn’t notice. Appalling behaviour again by the King BW2 team.

same for me - most disappointing, especially for players at the top of the leader board and this is following an all player challenge with an impossible goal. Well done King - not!!

I received the new levels - sadly many have not. I hope the issue can be rectified. 🤞

PS - I’ve contacted support and have received no reason for the failure to release new levels with lots of commentary on how hard the team work - doing their job! 🤬

Ditto - I have also taken all the steps above to get the new levels but no luck either. I play on an iPhone. Once again nothing posted by the support team about the issue 🙄🤷♀️
