@Yosca iPad Pro, iPad mini and an old model iPad. Pro and mini with latest software. Samsung Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S16 also updated. Using the game App. FB and King account. Unable to login to Soda, Jelly and Friends with FB or email. Can strangely enough login to original Saga though. Been about four days now.
Same problem here. 5 different devices, 3 Ipad and 2 Android. Tried everything. Emailed support but got ghosted after the auto reply. Only game that works is original CC Saga. Rest is all connection error, try again in a bit. Been four days now. Problem is definitely not on my side.
Please my Jelly friends - can someone help. I keep getting the same automated response from Support which does not work! I uninstalled and reinstalled my game (as recommended) which means I am now stuck back on level 1 because I cannot connect to FB or email / King account.

Emailed support, received generic automated response which solved absolutely nothing. Replied to support with screenshots as requested and silence since then. Clearly support has no interest in supporting. Sad.
I downloaded Farm Heroes Saga and Bubble Witch Saga 3 from King and both games give the same problem as all Candy Crush except CC Saga. Unable to connect. Try again in a bit. Again both Ipad and Android.
