My 2024 resolution is to put in over 120 volunteer hours at our local animal shelter. This should be easy as I've gotten over 130 hours in each of the past two years.

I’m happy to report that I am once again able to connect with Facebook, I earned my Surplus Tuesday award, and my progress has been saved. Only thing not yet working is that my Profile pic doesn’t show.

Thanks. Keeping my fingers crossed. 🤞 I noticed that the connection icon (bottom right corner) gives a green check mark but the “Save Your Progress” button doesn’t switch to “Profile”.

The progress bar started moving again later on in the day. New problem today is that I can't connect via Facebook as reported in a new thread.

I claimed my level 4000 badge but forgot to claim the 3000 one.

I don't know what the problem was, but it's working again.

I am on Level 1723 an the last two times I attempted to play today, the game froze - no response whatsoever. I am not willing to lose my progress by removing and reinstalling the app; can someone from the support team look into why this is occurring? Thanks!

I have the update showing the autumn theme on my Apple device. Tried, and was able to collect the reward that I earned last week but hadn't claimed, receiving two gloves as my reward. Looks like the issue has finally been resolved, thank you!
