It's a known problem for a long time. I wonder why King just refuse to fix it. I think it's the embedded browser in the app that's not supported by Facebook. I logout from the app in September but can't login again until today due to the exact same problem.

You should provide more details and some screenshots may be helpful. My guess is you are trying to login to the App installed from Microsoft Store. Many players are also having problem to login this Windows App including me.
