After reinstalling the operating system on my computer, I can’t log into Candy Crush Saga with my Facebook account to bind it. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
This problem has been around for a long time, so I can only wait and see when it will return to normal. Fortunately, the web version of Candy Crush Saga on Facebook still works fine. Thank you for your reply.
It's a known problem for a long time. I wonder why King just refuse to fix it.
I think it's the embedded browser in the app that's not supported by Facebook. I logout from the app in September but can't login again until today due to the exact same problem.

The issue occurred again today after another attempt. When I enter my Facebook account and then the password, the password field is immediately cleared and has no effect at all.
The original error screen appeared when I entered my Facebook account credentials. I recently tried resetting my Candy Crush Saga app, and now the error message has changed to "Browser Not Supported." My default browser is Microsoft Edge, and I also tried setting Firefox and Chrome as the default browsers, but the "Browser Not Supported" message still appears. My operating system is Windows 11 24H2. Thank you.

Did you download the App version (Windows 10/11) of the game on your computer and trying to log in with your Facebook account? Are you seeing any error message? If so, can you please show me a screenshot of that message?
