Few months ago, same thing happened to me in another level. 10 moves to go - no last cherry - 5 moves extra from ads - still no last cherry. Unable to finish. Never had this before in all those years playing. Bummer that you spent so many gold bars.

For me, the banner encourages to compete with others and to play more. That is now completely gone. I hardly feel like moving up in game if I keep seeing the same old rank in my profile. Bad decision not to update the banner anymore.
