Finally beat it, but I absolutely HAD to use an extended play of 5 extra moves. No other way to beat it fairly with the moves alloted. This one is designed to make you use your gold bars. 

I have attempted this level several times, thankfully not using cash. The problem lies with how many monklings and the turns you are given. They need to drop the amont from 4 to 1. I have gotten one passed the finish bar 4 times so far.
