Hi all, I don‘t receive messages anymore. There is still a notification on the side bar about new messages but if I open the message windows nothing appears. Please help

Dear support, since a couple of week I cannot seen messages anymore. Although the message notifications shown some new messages by number after open the message box no message appear. urmel71
