Help! Don't want to loose 7 years
I have been playing for 7 years. Recently I stopped being able to 'connect ' and lost access to events, my team, rewards. So I followed the help hint in community and logged on desktop, synced my data and uninstalled the game. Then reinstalled and I STILL CAN'T CONNECT. Please tell me how to regain my levels .
