Please please dear Mods, der Developers, please tell me you can get my levels back...
This is devasting.
I have just updated Candy Crush and registered here at the community. I noticed that for some contestes you need to synchronise/connect your accounts. So I went back to the app, to "log in" - I was not able to log in with the just regsitered email / account here at the community. So I hit the Facebook button, as I have done years ago and sometimes in between. (Because sometimes I get thrown out of the app with my Facebook Account) -
Now my whole progress is gone - I am sure I don't have to tell you how much life time that was.. please please tell me that there is a way to get back to my level 9799.
I wanted to save my progress, not throw back to what has been obviously not up to date 🥺😭

As it says in the FAQ - there is a way, isn't it?
"You don't have a King account
Lastly, if you didn't save your progress with Facebook or King, you won't be able to recover lost progress as it was never synchronized, but don't worry! Simply create a King account or connect to your Facebook now. Then, get in touch with us to let us know. We'll do our best to get you back to the level you had reached before you lost your progress!
