hello, i’ve tried to sync my Facebook account to my King account, but no luck. I followed the instructions but i think you need to manually sync them, i want this King account to be synced to my facebook

When I try to play it shows connection issue even though I am fully connected to the internet.

If you’d like to transfer your game progress from Facebook to a King account, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Open Candy Crush Saga on your device. 2️⃣ Tap the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom-left of your screen. 3️⃣ Click on "My Profile." 4️⃣ Select "Sign up with email" and create your King account by entering your email, password, and name. 5️⃣ Tap "Create My Account."
1️⃣ Log out of Facebook in the game’s profile menu. 2️⃣ Close and restart the game. 3️⃣ Log in using your newly created King account (select "Log in with email"). 4️⃣ Your progress should transfer automatically.
