Unable to connect to app store
Hi I've been unable to coo ect to the app store si ce the recent update. I'm also unable to receive or send any friends requests or receive any daily treats or enter any events as they are not showing. I also am unable to log in to king. I've cleared the app cache and restarted the phone still the same any help?

Unable to connect to shop
Hi I'm unable to connect to the shop since the big issue on candy crush a few weeks ago when we lost our pictures and friends ds etc. I've cleared the cache any advice?

What has happened?
So logged in and everything is lost. My bars My friends, saved lives, my picture everything and its taken me back as if I'm a newbie. I emailed and the response I got was it was my phones fault ? And there's nothing they can do. Clearly it's an issue at their end?
