Disgusting service Took £3.99 on 12/11/2025 for a bundle and I never received it nor my money back After many messages to Candy Crush and Meta pay this still has not been sorted
After playing this game for 15 years I find support disgraceful On 12/11/2025 they took £3.99 out of my account for a bundle and I still have not received it I have sent all correspondence/ screen shot to them and Meta pay but still not even a word from them
£3.99 taken from my account on 12/11/25 and no bundle received Now want money back
I am waiting to receive the £3.99 that came out of my account and i never got the bundle Please answer as to when this will be sorted Thank you
