On what is “residency” based in All Stars?
If being a “resident” is based on the IP where I’m playing, then I won’t be able to compete in the next round of All Stars, since I’m traveling to a country that’s not on the list… But if programming is based on the App Store country for example, then I should be able to continue the competition.
