  • I still have the same problem though I have changed the password 3 times and switched off my phone several times. I can login on this portal, but still not on the game. It's frustrating!

  • I have tried to forget password twice already. I am at level 189 Forget about wifi, I tried on data also. This evening I'm not even receiving the email to change my password! I am enjoying the game, but this is getting ridiculous really

  • I had the same errors and not even able to login! Tried with restarting the phone and I still get the same message
