Really sorry to trouble you again, but explained my problem on the contact form you gave me, including my King ID (1734951626) and just got back the standard email directing me back to the forums! No Ticket number.

Thanks Elsa - (1) Yes am using windows store app (2) Have updated - no change (3) Have run the windows troubleshooter - still no effect. I should also mention that I also run the app on a different computer and still get the gap (have updated that one too). So I doubt uninstalling would help: rather surely it is a problem…

I just did it! You have to get a liquorice to fall just above the cherry, and then the cherry will move up and you can change it with a yellow. Need to clear the keys to get the liquorice.
