Hi Alison, please check your computer for a Microsoft update. It was released over the weekend and it has fixed the crashing. Once you update to their latest version you should be able to play the game again. Still having same problem and now I can't access new games, so I am stuck.

I have completed this level twice and have the same problem. Closed game and had to play again. Will have to wait and see if it becomes finishable
