It was sent 4 days ago, you replied needed an id number and gave me instructions on how to do so. I replied I could not do so and even gave you the model of the computer I'm using.

Thank you, but, I truly don't believe that there is a resolution here. Too many people play the game before the problems start. I don't see the red button. Just the volume, music and help button. I'm using a macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6, if that's any help.
