The small screen saying that the onion/carrot collection competition is over seems to be stuck in my game. It's impossible to tap the continue button, so I can't play any new levels. I play on a laptop/Windows 10. Help, please!!

I saw that two hours of colour bomb and fish boosters were being awarded to those of us who lost the BGT event part-way through. I've now given up on the event being restored, so I would be grateful if you could send the boosters. Thanks.

Chaos or what! Some people using Windows 10/PC can play the event and some can't. Some could play the event and can't anymore. Despite the notification that the event isn't available on this platform at all! How about an equal playing field for everyone?

The event arrived earlier today and I completed the first level. I came back to the game a few hours later and the event had disappeared! You'd been adding new players and removing others from my section in the interim, so I assume the event was lost in this updating. Can I please have the event back? My ID is 10829175484…

Thanks for your reply. My game ID is 10829175484. I've completed four chapters in the past couple of days since this problem began - a bit of a winning streak - and it was disappointing not to receive the rewards!

I've completed four chapters over the past couple of days, but I haven't received the map rewards for any of them. I'm just moved to the next chapter automatically. Please could you look into this.?
