Hi Dena- Which model of iPad are you both using, and which version of Candy Crush is installed? (You can check this in the Appstore). Have you had this problem for long? Thanks for letting me know. I have the same problem on my iPad one - I can't log In or get boosters or give and accept lives ! Why ?
