I understand this, but why does the game indicates that the move is possible? Normaly i would expect a “no more moves possible” and a re-shuffle. I think the possible moves the game shows is incorrect and should be reviewed by your software-dept.

Candy Crush. No screenshot, but I experienced this in more levels in Kristalkantine. Lvl 4596 and up. I will try to repeat the problem and send a screenshot

Lucky me, first try with full helmets no other boosters. No extra moves needed.
