OP here.....Refund never happened, never heard from King/CC.

I was playing this level, had 1 cherry to go, purchased 15 moves with gold bars for 16 bars and in the entire 15 moves, no cherries dropped. Doesn't seem right.

Would love to get my bars back for the glitch. I keep getting circular messages from King Support sending me back to the Community or FAQs.

My game was also updated. Don't get me wrong, I eventually passed the level but there was a quirk if you purchased the extra moves (15 in both of our cases) and a cherry doesn't drop, it's a bug.
