I don’t thinks it’s a glitch. They are probably testing something out.

This happened to me 3 times. But I didn't get more moves after first failed try, I got them after lot of failed tries. My comment on level 8480 on some other candy crush page. 'This happened again to me? This has 21 moves, I was playing and couldn't win it, was close few times. Then on one try they gave me more moves, idk…

Maybe thats just level 4068 playing with my head….
