I need help, I cannot log in or out of my king account, have sent several emails and just get redirected to the chat page. Says there is no connection but am definitely connected to WiFi, no one else shares my device, I do not have a Facebook account. I can play levels but cannot access the daily booster wheel or team games or spin to play on. Getting really frustrated with the lack of actual response, I have even received an email with the same response that was meant for someone else, Please help thanks.
