I have no idea how to fix it :-( it's SO frustrating not being able to play the game. No one from admin has replied or come up with a solution for us so I guess we have to wait until it right's itself (as with any other problems we've had over the years)

It's been a week for me now and no one from King wants to comment or update us - very disappointed !!!!

Mine has been doing the same since yesterday and it's frustrating. Won't play again until my settings have been restored!
