I run candy crush saga through King.com on a laptop running Mac OS Yosemite 10.10.5. I haven't received lives or extra moves from friends in weeks, and I am stuck at a train station and can't move on. I reported this a long time a go, and nothing has changed. This obviously isn't a new issue, since it was already reported and escalated. So whether or not there was a weekend between my reporting and my response is really not the issue. And no, sorry, I cannot play the game elsewhere. I guess I'll start looking at other options too.

Still not working as of today, and furthermore I cannot get into the next episode without help from friends.
