Hi Salpal918, Thank you for writing us here on King Care. I think this might be a new glitch that just started so I am going to keep my eyes open here during the weekend to see if anyone else reports this. Me too-please fix

I am having the same problem. Buddy Challenge doesn’t load-just keeps saying “loading”. Then if the Buddy Challenge finally loads, it doesn’t show any of the progress.

I am having the same problem for the second time (it resolved and then a few days later is now happening again!) Screen freezes upon claiming reward and sticks on winning streak—have to manually close the game. So frustrating!

I had this same issue and although it eventually resolved, it was very annoying waiting several hours. It’s been a couple of days and now it is happening again. Hope some one fixes this to prevent it.

I’m having a similar problem. On iPad, I click on the buddy button—confetti comes on the screen with a reward to claim—when I touch claim, a winning streak logo comes on the screen with a dark background—then there is nowhere to click to get back to the game—have to double click and swipe up to close game and then it does…
