Hi. Thanks for reply I don’t have old iPad. Gold bars were won not bought and all boosters (won not bought) gone. Bit naughty on Kings part not to carry them forward if that’s the case! Will try and sign out and resign in to see if that works.

Hi. Thanks for reply. what exactly do you mean by disconnecting facebook account? Do you mean reinstall Candy Crush. I don’t want to lose my progress Tried emailing King but they just advised me to ask here Thanks
