You need to give me back my lives. Where is the manager? I am angry. You totally have control because you took them away. It was not updated on my laptop, it's out of date so I know that can't be done. Don't give me any bullshit about the games, you totally control them

You should credit my lives back, I was using them at my own pace and I did not update anything. That is really the best customer service. Nor would it hurt you in anyway.
