I just had a chat with a king rep who says they are working on a fix for this level. I would avoid playing until they fix it. Definitely avoiding this level, not good for my blood pressure. The sooner they 'fix' it the better!

Was going to ask that question also. This level is beastly. If you manage to get the multi-colored - striped combos (which I have only done once)---It seems that there are always 8 stripe to stripe combos left which are ridiculously hard to get. I may try the stripe to stripe first but then you lose the multi colored. I…

I just asked this question, but now I see that when I switched to Chrome, Candy Crush Saga did not carry over my lives. The 500 lives are there in Firefox.
